Casey mccann personal training was born 10 years ago as a 1 to 1 personal training service in london and the surrounding counties i have helped 100s of people to transform there body and there lives!
i made the move to Belfast and decided to take my service online to reach more people and to also keep the great clients i already had and Casey mccann personal training online was born! i am dedicated to providing top-notch online and in-person personal training, nutritional guidance, and round-the-clock online assistance. With a decade of personal training experience and two decades as a bodybuilder i have learnt a lot along the way and navigated the rapids so you don't have to! committed to helping clients reach their fitness aspirations through tailored strategies tried and tested methods with unwavering support 24 hours.

About Me.
hello everybody I'm casey mccann resident trainer here at fettle fitness Belfast so a bit about me I'm 46 years old I have been training myself for 20 years now I fell in love with bodybuilding and then the aesthetics I found that symmetry fascinated me and having a full balanced physique was my new goal. I worked on myself and I learnt all types of techniques to break down the muscle through weightlifting and bodyweight and also use gravity my eyes were opened to a whole world of growth when I threw the rule book out the window so I did,i read books by people who's physiques were the goal I took parts from what id learnt and id combine exercises together, id slow down the speed of an exercise and use many of the intensity boosters eg]dropsets on the last sets, id combine bodyweight exercises with weighted ones, lower my lest periods and found through trial and error what worked for me, and did it work!
I literally threw the rulebook out the window I got serious with my diet [intermittant fasting] and I went with feel rather than heavy weights and used speed as my intensity volume rather than kg
I devised my own style of training which I call k20 which involves all of the above, now....
im not saying that because it worked for me it will work for you!
but I have navigated the rapids so you don't have to I have implemented this programme so many times now and every transformation has been amazing!! [see overleaf]
